Target audience: Women between the ages of 25-45 who have an interest in vintage/thrifted goods

Company Description: Lulu’s Vintage Hoard is an online business that resells vintage items found at estate sales, thrift stores, and garage sales. The name comes from the shops mascot, a sassy pitbull named Lulu.

Job: Create a logo that embodies the bright colors and whimsy that’s often found on vintage goods. There should be a classic feel to the logo while still being modern and timeless. The logo will be mainly used for Instagram and packaging items such as business cards/thank you cards so it should be still recognizable when small.

Solution: A bright pink logo with a sassy, side-eyeing pup and bold, retro typeface to mirror the style of the vintage items sold. The flower elements are reminiscent of the illustrations found on popular glassware and along with the thin serif font, add a delicate impression to the logo. The script typeface was chosen to for its feminine vibes and bubbly letters similar to the style of the 70s. The logo is simple enough to be seen and recognized when very small while still standout.
